Pallas Kliniken stand for medical excellence, quality and humanity. For our HR team, we are looking for a committed, structured and open-minded personality who brings joy to recruiting and versatile HR topics and actively supports our team in day-to-day operations.

To reinforce our HR team in Olten, we are looking for you per sofort, fixed-term until March 2027, as

(Junior) HR & Recruiting Allrounder (60-80%)

Tasks

Recruiting (approx. 60% of the workload)

• Support of the recruiting process from the job advertisement to the conclusion of the contract
• Creation and publication of job advertisements as well as use of suitable recruiting channels
• Screening and pre-selection of applications as well as conducting initial interviews
• Coordination of interviews and accompanying candidates through the application process
• Close cooperation with managers and ensuring a professional Candidate Experience
• Support in Active Sourcing and other recruiting activities

HR & Projects (approx. 40% of the workload)

• Cooperation in the further development and optimization of our HR processes
• Support in HR projects and taking over own smaller projects
• Cooperation in further HR initiatives
• Cooperation with internal and external stakeholders

Job Requirements

• Studies (FH/Uni) or commercial training, ideally with a connection to HR
• Initial practical experience in recruiting and/or HR
• Joy in contact with people
• Quick comprehension as well as a proactive, independent and structured way of working
• Strong communication, open and service-oriented personality
• Very good German skills and confident handling of MS Office
