We are primarily looking for a versatile person, capable of ensuring both secretarial and patient reception activities as well as tasks related to the laboratory and blood sampling. Medical Assistant at 50 % -- Marly (Fribourg) ### Your main missions * Patient reception and management of the reception desk * Management of telephone calls and appointments * Medical secretarial work and routine administrative tasks * Blood sampling and collection * Performing routine laboratory analyses * Preparation and processing of samples * Management and transmission of results * Assistance to doctors in patient care * Management of medical equipment and consumables * Participation in the smooth daily functioning of the center ### Your profile * CFC as a medical assistant or equivalent training * Experience in a practice or medical center desired * Excellent mastery of blood sampling indispensable * Good mastery of routine laboratory activities * Comfortable with secretarial work, reception, and telephone contact * Good presentation, smiling, welcoming, and pleasant attitude * Empathy, listening skills, and excellent contact with patients * Organized, dynamic, reliable, and autonomous person * Good mastery of IT tools * Team spirit and sense of service * Excellent mastery of French; any other language is an asset ### We offer you A versatile position within a modern general medicine center, with varied activity combining patient reception, medical secretarial work, laboratory, and assistance to doctors.
