Your tasks
Placing and monitoring orders
Tracking and ensuring delivery dates
Requesting and comparing quotes
Maintenance of purchasing and supplier master data
Processing order confirmations
Coordination with production, logistics and suppliers
Support with complaints and delivery deviations
Monitoring stock levels and material availability
Participation in cost optimizations
Maintenance and ordering of Kanban items
Component ordering for the interfaces
Your profile
Commercial or technical basic training, further training in purchasing is an advantage
Experience in the operative purchasing of an industrial company
Sound IT skills and ERP software (ABAS is an advantage)
Structured and independent way of working
Strong communication skills & negotiating skills in German and English

Networked way of thinking & flexibility
Good planning, organizational & coordination skills
