Your tasks

• Supporting the nursing staff in the care and accompaniment of patients as well as residents
• Assisting with basic care as well as promoting the independence of the persons being cared for
• Support with personal hygiene, mobilization, and daily activities
• Observation of the health status and passing on relevant information to the nursing specialist staff
• Assisting with domestic activities according to operational specifications
• Compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety guidelines
• Cooperation with the interdisciplinary team

Your profile

• Completed training as Assistant Health and Social Affairs EBA
• Professional experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage
• Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working
• High social competence, teamwork skills, and empathy
• Good German skills in spoken and written
• Joy in interacting with people
