Your tasks ### • Competent nursing and care of patients on invasive and non-invasive ventilation • Monitoring, operation and shared responsibility for ventilation technology as well as other medical devices • Planning, implementation and evaluation of the nursing process in highly complex nursing situations • Close interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors, therapists and other specialists • Active co-design of nursing quality as well as participation in further developments and standards • Accompanying and advising relatives in challenging life situations • Professional documentation and ensuring nursing quality according to current guidelines Your profile ### • Completed training as a Registered Nurse HF / Registered Nurse HF • Ideally experience in acute care, IMC, intensive care or ventilation care (not a must) • Interest in highly specialized long-term care and medical technology issues • Responsible, resilient and reflective personality • High social competence, empathy and joy in working with people with complex care needs • Teamwork skills as well as willingness to share knowledge and to continuously develop • Very good German language skills in speaking and writing Still thinking?
