Employee Conventional Honing of Ceramic Components (M&W)

Your tasks:

• Conventional honing of ceramic components for the watch industry, medical technology etc.
• Inspection of surface quality, dimensional accuracy and quality documentation
• Coordination of honing process parameters (spindle speed, feed, honing lubricant) with production planning
• Setup, adjustment and maintenance of the honing machines
• Troubleshooting, process optimization and ensuring process capability
• Cooperation with development, quality assurance and assembly

Your profile:

• Completed mechanical vocational training (e.g. precision mechanic, polymechanic) or comparable qualification
• Sound experience in conventional honing/grinding
• Manual dexterity, precision, high quality orientation
• Ability to work in a team, independent way of working and sense of responsibility
• Good German skills (oral, written)
