We are investing specifically in strengthening our team in Baden AG and are looking for a Maintenance & Project Engineer (m/f/d) immediately or by arrangement.

With us, you don't just lead projects, you actively help shape the further development of our engineering department. Together with our main customer Accelleron Turbo Systems AG, you will develop solutions for demanding technical challenges in a modern production environment.

At Quant Service in Baden, you will meet a highly motivated and collegial team of approx. 30 employees working as a maintenance team in various functions.

What are your responsibilities?

• Independent planning, coordination, and implementation of technical projects in the production and infrastructure area. In doing so, you clarify the feasibility of customer requirements and develop solutions in cooperation with internal and external partners
• Identification and implementation of improvement measures to increase plant availability, quality, and productivity
• You analyze the spare parts requirement and develop suitable stocking strategies together with suppliers and customers
• You support the engineering and operation team in technical matters (TPM, risk analyses, FMEA)
• Planning and implementation of technical audits as well as derivation of suitable improvement measures
• Proactive optimizations within the framework of the continuous improvement process
• You actively promote a strong safety culture and consistently model it in everyday work
• Support of new investment projects of the customer in all maintenance-relevant matters

What do we expect from you?

• Technical basic training with further education HF/FH or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in technical project management
• Experience in quality management is an advantage
• Independent and solution-oriented, proactive way of working as well as high customer and service orientation
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, good English skills
• Experience in the maintenance environment desirable
