With its departments, the Haute école de Lucerne - Rectorat et services universitaires supports the six departments Technique & Architecture, Économie, Informatique, Travail social, Design Film Art as well as Musique in university operations and organizes and collaborates in a versatile manner. For our IDMS team, we are looking for an experienced personality as a Full-Stack Application Developer 80-100% starting from 1 January 2026 or by arrangement Haute école de Lucerne - Rectorat et services universitaires I 80 - 100% I Lucerne Your tasks • You develop our IDMS application in an agile manner across the entire stack with .NET, Vue.js and T-SQL and ensure clean code, a sustainable architecture and relevant test coverage. • In collaboration with specialized departments and teams, you analyze requirements and develop technical solutions - from design to implementation and deployment. • You decisively influence the quality, maintainability and extensibility of our code. • You are responsible as a team for DevOps operations including CI/CD, as well as monitoring, logging and incident analysis. • To support data-driven decisions, you develop operational optimization models and participate in architecture, technology and tool decisions. • Through code reviews, pair programming, coaching and constructive feedback, you promote quality and knowledge sharing within the team. • You actively contribute to agile processes, assume responsibilities and ensure clear documentation. Your profile • You have a university degree, at least 3 years of experience in software development and bring a wide range of experience with different technologies. • Very good knowledge of C# and .NET as well as ideally Vue.js, TypeScript and Python. • You are able to formulate mathematical optimization models and transform them into high-performance software solutions. • You possess solid knowledge in cloud computing and have ideally already acquired experience with Kubernetes. • The principles of agile software development are important to you.
