CNC Programmer Long Turning We are looking for you as a CNC programmer long turning (all genders). Thanks to you, the machines run like clockwork: You program them independently and have a sense of how production processes can be optimized. With precision and care, you develop CNC programs. If something goes wrong, you are on hand, and your ideas for improvements are always welcome with us. Become part of our team and bring in your skills! Your area of responsibility: You program the assigned machines independently You monitor and optimize production processes with an eye for detail You create and optimize CNC programs with precision and according to specifications You give instructions to employees and ensure a smooth shift change You take care of production disruptions You actively bring in ideas for improvement and further development To be successful in this position, you have the following qualifications and skills: Completed vocational training as a polymechanic or production mechanic Knowledge of machine types Star, Tornos, Hanwha or Citizen and Fanuc control Programming knowledge in new part production and optimization of CNC programs Enjoyment and experience in instructing CNC mechanics Team player, proactive person with very good communication skills Experience in the function as group leader Our offer Working hours: Flexible daily working hours The security of financial independence of a family business.
