Tasks

• Opening, changes & cancellations of E-Banking contracts
• Activation of additional accounts and depots
• Generation and dispatch of activation code
• Granting power of attorney to third parties
• Blocking, unblocking
• LSV configuration (in connection with SIC/SIX)
• BESR openings / dispatch (including BESR test and completion)
• PDF configurations
• 1st Level Support E-Banking
• 2nd Level Support E-Banking

Requirements

• Commercial training
• Stylistically correct German language skills in word and writing
• At least 1-2 years of experience
• Banking experience is highly advantageous
