Your tasks

• Holistic care and support of patients and residents
• Performance of basic and treatment care according to professional competencies
• Support of qualified nursing professionals in the nursing process
• Implementation of medical prescriptions and performance of medical-technical activities
• Observation of health status as well as passing on relevant information to the treatment team
• Professional documentation of nursing services in the electronic nursing dossier
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors and other specialists
• Participation in ensuring high nursing quality as well as compliance with hygiene and quality standards

Your profile

• Completed training as Healthcare Assistant EFZ / Healthcare Assistant EFZ
• Professional experience is an advantage
• Independent, responsible and reliable way of working
• High social competence, teamwork skills and empathy
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
• Readiness for shift, night and weekend services
