As of 1 June 2027, a position as an authority member, specialist area health, psychology or pedagogy, will become available with us. For this interesting and demanding position, we are looking for an experienced personality with a tertiary degree in health, psychology or pedagogy, preferably with experience in a child and adult protection authority. Tasks ## • You lead proceedings, conduct investigations and hearings in child and adult protection and supervise the ongoing child and adult protection measures of your authority department. • You draft decisions in individual responsibility and prepare collegial decisions. • You lead an authority department professionally and personally. • You participate in the further development of the KESB in organizational and conceptual matters. • You maintain and expand your network with specialist offices, institutions and partner organizations and contribute to a positive image of the KESB among the population through your professional manner. Profile ## • Tertiary degree in health, psychology or pedagogy, ideally with additional training in the legal field, as well as several years of professional experience, ideally at a KESB. • Interest and motivation for interdisciplinary cooperation with specialists from the fields of law and social affairs. • Enjoyment in leading an authority department consisting of a team of legal professionals and an authority secretariat. • High empathy as well as no hesitation when dealing with people in all situations in life. • Trustworthy, communicative, loyal and assertive.   We offer ## You will be carefully introduced to this demanding and responsible task by us.
