Dispatcher / Order Planner 100%

Your area of responsibility:

• Order coordination of the technicians (work start time)
• Management of the telephone switchboard, telephone support for customers and recording of incoming customer orders
• Organization and coordination of day-to-day business
• Scheduling of maintenance, service assignments and installations
• General administrative tasks

Your requirement profile:

• completed commercial vocational training with affinity for technology, alternatively
• completed technical vocational training with commercial experience or willingness to learn
• Very good understanding of geography in Central Switzerland
• Professional experience in dispatching or logistics
• Good PC and MS-Office user knowledge
• Independent and resilient personality with assertiveness
• Team player with commitment
• Organizational talent in day-to-day business
