Tasks

• Operate, monitor, configure, and reconfigure machines and production lines for the manufacture and packaging of chocolate and chocolate items
• Respect safety and hygiene instructions
• Professional supervision and training of assigned employees
• Perform quality controls and initiate measures in case of deviations as well as actively participate in the continuous improvement process
• Identify and resolve breakdowns and support the technical service during overhauls

Requirements

• Basic training in the food or technical field (for example food technologist, baker, pastry chef as well as butcher, but also mechanic, printer, paper technologist)
• Technical understanding and experience with modern plant control systems as well as SAP and MES systems are an advantage
• Availability for shift work
• Good command of German, oral and written
• No training but lots of experience? In case of good aptitude and good performance, we support professional reconversions into the initial vocational training of food practitioner EBA or food technologist CFC
