A family business in full growth, we are recognized for the quality of our services, our field expertise, and our innovative approach. ### Our ambition for 2030: to become the reference CVC company in Geneva, with a performing digital ecosystem, optimized processes, and engaged, autonomous, and well-supported teams. ### In this context of transformation, the Human Resources Manager plays a key role in structuring, developing, and supporting our teams, while supporting the company's strategic objectives. ### Human Resources Manager Your mission ### Attached to the management, you pilot the entire HR function with an approach that is both operational, structuring, and strategic. As such, you will be notably led to: • Manage personnel administration as a whole: contracts, permits, social insurance, family allowances, employee files. • Ensure the preparation and complete processing of payroll, including all social and tax declarations, and the issuance of salary certificates. • Ensure the monitoring of absences, accidents, and specific situations, in compliance with Swiss labor law, legal obligations, and workplace safety. • Support managers in planning and monitoring technical teams. • Pilot recruitments, integration, skill development, and exit procedures. • Identify training needs and organize programs adapted to technical and administrative employees. • Understand the specific challenges of a technical staff in the CVC field in order to propose concrete, useful, and adapted HR solutions. • Update, structure, and implement internal regulations, HR policies, and processes, ensuring their compliance with Swiss legislation. • Contribute actively to the company's digital transformation, particularly through the use and improvement of HR processes in an ERP like Odoo. • Participate in the company's internal dynamics, particularly through the organization of events, HR actions, and projects related to company culture. Sought profile ### • Federal HR Certificate or equivalent training. • At least 10 years of experience in human resources, ideally in a technical or industrial SME. • Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law, social insurance, payroll, and workplace safety. • Good understanding of operational environments and field realities. • Ability to work on both very concrete daily topics and more structuring HR projects. • Ease with digital tools and ERPs; experience with Odoo would be an asset. • Ability to advise management and managers with accuracy, pragmatism, and a sense of responsibility.
