Company Description ##

As part of temporary missions during the winter season, we offer opportunities with our clients, including hotel establishments of all categories in the various resorts of the region, as well as traditional and collective catering restaurants. These missions are mainly located in the mountains, in the canton of Valais. As some establishments are located directly on the slopes, knowing how to ski is essential to be able to access the various mission locations. In this context, we are actively looking for:

Cooks / Chefs de partie (M/F)

Job Description ##

Depending on the temporary missions offered to you with our various clients, you will join the kitchen brigade and, under the orders of the chefs de cuisine, participate in the mise en place as well as the preparation of dishes served in the "à la carte" restaurant or for the catering and event part, in production kitchens. You will essentially use and transform fresh, high-quality products which you will enhance according to the standards and recipes of the establishment. Depending on the missions offered, you may be required to perform "live cooking" performances in front of guests.

Profile Sought ##

Having completed a recognized training as a cook, you possess a minimum of two years of experience in hotel establishments or catering. You are passionate about preparing high-quality dishes. Your sense of detail and your taste for innovation make you a collaborator who can truly bring added value to our various clients. French level B2 minimum.

You master the practice of skiing, an indispensable condition for certain missions located on the slopes. Having your own vehicle also constitutes a real asset to facilitate your travel in the various resorts. Please note, no accommodation is provided as part of these missions: you must therefore imperatively have your own accommodation solution.
