Intern IT Systems Rolling Stock / Fleet Management 40–80% What awaits you You support the construction and further development of the APFZ architecture for passenger information systems, passenger counting, and video surveillance. You collaborate in the areas of logging and monitoring, virtualization, network technology, and automation with Ansible. You support the APFZ refit of a partial fleet of FLIRT 2 and participate in commissioning, software tests, acceptances, and documentation. You analyze malfunctions and support the optimization of systems and processes. You help in the development of technical concepts as well as operating and system documentation. You work hand in hand with colleagues from various specialist departments and contribute your ideas to interdisciplinary project teams. Depending on your interests and strengths, you will gain insights into other areas of fleet management. What you bring with you Ongoing or completed Bachelor's degree in the field of electrical, system, transport, or information technology or computer science. Initial practical experience from studies, projects, or professional assignments is an advantage. Basic knowledge of networks and IT systems. Interest in IT security and modern IT architectures. Initial programming skills are a plus. Enthusiasm for rail systems and technical contexts. Quick comprehension as well as a structured and analytical way of working. High degree of independence, initiative, and sense of responsibility. Enjoyment of working in a team and on interdisciplinary issues. Very good German skills in speaking and writing.
