The textile manufactory of Stiftung Terra Vecchia processes old and new materials into attractive accessories and decorative items. Our team carries out clothing alterations, repairs and new productions as well as individual customer orders. People who are on the path of vocational integration are involved in the work processes.

Due to a maternity cover, we are looking for the textile manufactory in Gümligen from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement a:

Work Agog:in / Clothing Designer 60 - 80 % ##

Fixed-term employment for 6 - 12 months

Your tasks ###

Client work

• Reference person for approx. 5 persons in a work integration measure
• Accompanying and guiding clients in a work integration measure
• Assistance in the vocational training of apprentices
• Collaboration in general administrative tasks

Production

• Collaboration in production and in daily coordination
• Development of prototypes and/or drawing of patterns
• Participation in the maintenance of customer contact
• Assistance with order intake and assistance in the quotation system and in invoice preparation
• Assistance at markets or in direct sales

Your profile ###

• You have a degree as a Bekleidungsgestalter/in EFZ or very good sewing skills.
• You have completed training as an Arbeitsagog:in (HFP), Sozialpädagog:in (FH/HF) or comparable training.
• You know the usual PC application programs such as Word or Excel.
• Your high social competencies and your independent, reliable but also responsible way of working characterize you.
