Your tasks * Support our property managers in the commercial management of an exciting, versatile site portfolio (residential and commercial) on the owner's side * Independent completion of administrative and organizational tasks using a digital case management system * Contact point for prospective tenants, tenants, and other stakeholders * Checking rental applications, checking references * Issuing lease agreements, extensions, addenda * Processing terminations, final statements * Participating in the digital optimization of processes * Processing accounts receivable and accounts payable invoices. Your profile * Apprenticeship as Kaufmann/Kauffrau EFZ * Professional experience as a Property Management Administrator or in a comparable position in the real estate industry * Proficient user of MS Office programs and familiar with various ERP systems * Confident German in speaking and writing, language skills in French and English are an advantage * Interconnected way of thinking as well as a digital, procedural, structured, and exact way of working * Collegial team player with initiative and willingness to learn.
