We act as ONE team, for the success of the SSR. Together with other domains, Finance is responsible for strategic steering and objective-oriented resource allocation; they create transparency for sustainable decisions. Your mission #### As a project and investment controller, you ensure transparent, efficient, and strategy-compliant steering of investments and projects (notably technological, real estate, and transformation projects) within the SSR. You assist the Executive Committee in making informed investment decisions and prioritize files in the interest of public service. • Financial steering of the SSR's strategic portfolio of projects and initiatives • Guaranteeing the financial alignment of projects and investments with the company strategy and transposition into the medium-term planning process • Responsibility for the global financial vision and monitoring of large projects, such as the strategic development of real estate sites comprising several partial projects • Budget planning and forecasts associated with the development of relevant management reporting; preparation of Business Cases and solid profitability analyses • Monitoring the financial implementation of strategic projects and initiatives, in close coordination with the project portfolio management of the Business Development department as well as with the domains (Real Estate, Operations) • Development of investment guidelines and standards and guaranteeing their compliance Within the framework of the cross-functional strategy and development process of the organization "Enavant SRG SSR", you have the possibility to actively co-shape the future strategic controlling of projects and investments. Your profile #### • You are an experienced specialist with strong analytical and conceptual skills.
