Architect Project and Execution Planning

To complement our team and work on demanding projects, we are looking for you starting immediately or by arrangement as Architect Project and Execution Planning In addition to working on complex large- and small-scale construction tasks, we offer you a diverse team in which you can contribute individually and develop professionally. Our office promotes an independent way of working, values open communication and places importance on contemporary working conditions and an attractive working environment in the Binz-Quartier of the city of Zürich. You bring to us: • A completed degree in architecture or an equivalent qualification • Several years of professional experience in project and execution planning SIA 31-53 (Switzerland) • Sound knowledge of working drawings, detailing and construction processes • Communication proficiency with authorities, specialist planners & entrepreneurs • Conceptual and constructive skills with high design standards • Experience with ArchiCAD 3D/BIM as well as common software (MS Office etc.) • An independent, structured way of working - individually and in a team • Good German language skills written & oral (at least level B1/B2) If you feel addressed, we look forward to receiving your application documents including cover letter, CV and a meaningful portfolio of your work.
