Tasks • You process customer inquiries independently via system, telephone and e-mail • You document all processes and ensure a complete data history • You communicate with internal departments to clarify customer concerns • You monitor and track the status of tickets • You monitor or optimize existing processes Requirements • You have a completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable training and ideally have experience in customer service or a similar position • You are proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and preferably have experience with CRM or ERP systems.
