Building Technical Planner / Project Manager, heating specialty 100%

Your tasks:

• Planning of new constructions and renovations
• Creation of plans and diagrams
• Preparation of tender documents and estimates
• Participation in meetings with clients
• Meetings with clients, architects and planners
• Support and supervision of the execution of works
• Administrative work (orders, planning, etc.)
• Autonomous management of project execution on technical, personnel, temporal and financial levels, from the beginning to the end of the mandate

Your profile:

• Successful training as a Building Technical Planner CFC, heating specialty
• Preferably you have passed a professional examination as a heating master installer, building technical project manager or attended a technical school
• You already have experience in personnel management
• You accompany projects in the field, but you manage just as well in office work
• Knowledge of CAD and MS Office
• You know the guiding principles and standards of the sector
• You are reliable and like working in a team
• Spoken and written German
• Category B driving license
