Job Description

• Ensure quality steering in the workshop and the management of Non-conformities.
• Lead problem-solving processes (such as 8D or QRQC).
• Ensure stock security and manage the monitoring of parts in quarantine
• Create and adapt monitoring plans, ranges, and control methods based on product & process risk analyses
• Participate in product/process audits.
• Propose and participate in multidisciplinary continuous improvement projects
• Adapt if necessary the Methods and control fixtures by providing methodological support to operators.

Profile sought
-----------------

• Swiss HES engineer training or ES technician oriented towards quality or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Quality tools (8D, QRQC, SPC, audit, AMDEC, document management).
• Knowledge of machining, manufacturing, and mechanical assembly processes.
• Mastery of office tools, notably excel.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Rigor, autonomy, synthesis skills.
• Team spirit, ease of adaptation, customer orientation
