Your tasks ## • You control the financial development of the region across all service areas. • You analyze business development, cost structures, and results and derive concrete recommendations for action from them, especially for the regional management team. • You are responsible for forecasts, budget processes, monthly closings, and management reporting for the Oberaargau region. • You identify opportunities and risks early on and proactively bring them into management discussions. • You question existing control variables and develop them further together with those responsible. • You contribute to foundation-wide issues in controlling, in the development of key figure systems, and in the improvement of transparency and decision-making bases. • You support the further development of our operating model, our processes, and our digital control instruments. Your profile ## • You have a completed degree in business administration, finance, controlling, or a comparable field of study. • You bring several years of experience in business controlling, financial controlling, corporate finance, or consulting. • You think in networks, act entrepreneurially, and are able to present complex issues in an understandable manner. • You are not only analytically strong but also ready to take on responsibility and lead discussions constructively. • You convince through integrity, credibility, and high initiative. • Ideally, you have experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, social services, public administration, or non-profit organizations. • Experience in using modern controlling and reporting tools; knowledge of Abacus and Power BI is an advantage.
