A team leader – building operations at 100%

Your mission

• Perform cleaning and routine building maintenance work while participating in the general planning and organization of the sector
• Supervise and coordinate the team attached to the sector: distribute tasks, transmit instructions, and control the quality of the work performed
• Develop and maintain contacts with all stakeholders related to the buildings (teaching staff, societies, companies, etc.).
• Ensure the management of the stock of school furniture and maintenance equipment by ensuring the pooling of available equipment
• Establish work requests and ensure their follow-up

Your profile

• CFC as a facility manager or training deemed equivalent
• Proven experience in team management and building cleaning, ideally in a school environment
• Sense of welcome and solution-oriented
• Organizational capacity, sense of responsibility
