Thurau AG motorway service station is an independent station with a restaurant, kiosk and service stations, with approximately 40 customer-oriented part-time and full-time employees as well as two service robots. Every day, the Thurau team is available to customers from all over the world, as well as a loyal regular clientele, from 06:00 to 23:00.

Your challenges

• Operational management of the service team
• Active participation in service
• Ensuring customer and employee satisfaction
• Planning, directing, promoting and qualifying service employees
• Assistance in planning offers and sales promotion
• Compliance with quality standards and the hygiene concept
• Monitoring orders and deliveries
• Various administrative tasks
• Representing the management in its absence

Your skills

• Strong leadership personality
• Positive and trend-conscious host personality
• Organizational talent
• Neat and confident appearance
• Very good knowledge of German, spoken and written
• Training/diploma in gastronomy EFZ
