ICT System Specialist

As part of our team, you ensure the secure and reliable operation of our IT infrastructure. You complement the Onsite Service and can immediately contribute practically. You are responsible for our Managed Print Services, manage different end devices, and support the Digital Signage and communication services. You ensure smooth operation and plan the further development of the services, in close cooperation with the infrastructure team and the stakeholders in the hospital. In addition, you are responsible for all procurements within the team. As a secondary task, you support the Service Desk and, after careful training, take over on-call duties (approx. three weeks per year). Updating and managing the necessary documentation is also part of your area of responsibility.

How you will become part of our team ##

• Informatiker:in EFZ or equivalent training with several years of experience
• In-depth knowledge in printing with PaperCut and HP Printer desirable
• Professional experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage
• Independent and reliable way of working, flexible and communicative team player
• Good German skills as well as a secure understanding of English-language documentation and the ability to communicate in simple technical conversations
• Solution-oriented way of working and high service orientation towards our customers
