Job Description

• Coordination and supervision of a team of masons on the construction site
• Organization of daily work and distribution of tasks
• Supervision of the quality of work performed, ensuring compliance with projects and safety regulations
• Management of necessary materials and equipment
• Monitoring and control of work progress timelines
• Collaboration with the works manager to ensure compliance with plans and budgets

Profile sought

• Consolidated experience as a mason and as a foreman in the construction sector
• In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and processing procedures
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Excellent ability to manage the team and resources
• Knowledge of occupational safety regulations and ability to apply them
• Driving license B
• Precision, reliability, and ability to work under pressure
