As a specialist in AVOR and technology, you are the link between design, production, and purchasing. You ensure a smooth process in work preparation and optimize processes to ensure highest quality and efficiency. With your technical know-how and your analytical thinking, you actively contribute to the further development of our company.

Your Task ##

• Precise calculation & offer creation: You analyze customer inquiries and create tailor-made calculations as well as offers for our processing methods such as drilling, punching, burning, milling, and welding
• Technical feasibility & order monitoring: You check whether customer wishes are technically feasible and keep a close eye on quality, quantity, and delivery dates
• Efficient CAD data preparation: You process customer CAD data and prepare it optimally for our internal manufacturing processes
• Technical advice and support: With your specialist knowledge, you support both our customers and the sales team to find the best possible solutions for processing
• Hub between customers, sales, and production: You coordinate between all parties involved and ensure a smooth flow of information
• Post-calculation and process optimization: You analyze completed projects, evaluate them, and thus make a valuable contribution to continuous improvement

Your Profile ##

• You have a completed vocational training or bring profound experience in steel or metal processing including further training as a Prozesstechniker HF or Prozessfachmann
• Ideally, you are familiar with machining production techniques such as sawing, drilling, and milling and have experience in oxy-fuel and plasma cutting. Knowledge in connection technology such as welding and bolting is a plus
• Handling CAD files is not foreign to you, and you are practiced in the preparation of technical drawings and bills of materials
• You have strong spatial imagination and are proficient in the German language in spoken and written form
• Your way of working is independent, structured, and characterized by analytical thinking
