Team Leader Extrusion PS & Recycling 100% (m/f/d)

For the targeted expansion and strengthening of our own extrusion, we are looking for a motivated and committed personality as Team Leader Extrusion PS & Recycling 100% (m/f/d) in day operations, effective immediately.

Your tasks

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of employees in 3- and 4-shift operations in the areas of PS film extrusion and recycling
• Coordination and planning of the assigned personnel in consultation with the Production Manager
• Ensuring a smooth shift handover including reliable information flow to the necessary interfaces
• Monitoring production performance, quality, and key figures and initiating targeted measures in the event of deviations
• Coordination of troubleshooting in close coordination with the specialist departments
• Contributing ideas and implementing improvements (KVP) as well as supporting new products and optimization projects
• Willingness to help out operationally if required and to work within the operationally necessary working time model

Your profile

• A technical education, ideally as a Kunststofftechnologe/-technologin EFZ or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in plastic processing; experience in PS film extrusion is a plus
• Good understanding of extrusion processes, production key figures, quality requirements, and troubleshooting
• Initial leadership experience as a Team Leader, Shift Leader, or similar
• A solution-oriented, responsible way of working as well as a pronounced awareness of quality and safety
• Clear, appreciative communication and the ability to win employees over in the change and improvement process
• Good German skills in spoken and written; confident handling of MS Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage
