Facility Manager Building/Electrical Engineering 100 Emmen What you can move Responsibility for demanding inspection, repair, maintenance, and occasional new installation work on technically complex systems, facilities, and equipment in the areas of sanitary, compressed air, and ventilation Maintenance and documentation of fiber optic and structured cabling networks as well as the associated infrastructure Execution of 24/7 on-call services and independent management of renovation and modernization projects at assigned locations/areas of Real Estate Execution and coordination of switching operations in the low-voltage and high-voltage network as well as accompaniment of external craftsmen Maintenance, addition, and archiving of technical documentation of electrical installations and automation (GLS/MSRL) Processing of invoices, cost control, and project reporting in SAP What you bring with you Basic training as an electrical installer EFZ or assembly electrician with relevant further training in the field of activity Practical experience in a building technology, industrial environment combined with pronounced all-rounder or hands-on qualities Enjoyment in the training and passing on of specialist knowledge to apprentices User experience with SAP (invoice processing, cost control) Knowledge of CAFM systems (Facility Management software) for documentation and administration of technical systems is an advantage Driver's license category B as well as valid HAB operator course and forklift license Do you not meet all requirements one hundred percent? About the area With a team of 10 building technicians, you maintain approx. 50 buildings that are on average 40-50 years old and help keep them in shape.
