We offer a fair wage, which ranges between CHF 78’000 to CHF 88’000 per year (100% workload) depending on experience and skills. Applications from talents with different competencies are also welcome; in such cases, your wage may lie slightly below or above the range.

• You monitor the line operation in real time and take targeted counter-measures in the event of deviations to ensure quality and punctuality.
• You control the traffic independently and in a goal-oriented manner, make rapid decisions in the event of disruptions, and effectively coordinate all necessary measures – from vehicle deployment to personnel dispatch.
• You inform passengers as well as internal and external bodies transparently about events and disruptions.
• In close cooperation with partners such as railway companies or emergency services, you dispatch personnel and vehicles at short notice.
• You use modern systems such as ISA, Planbox, and the disruption manager efficiently to optimize processes.
• You participate actively in the further development of processes and tools of the control center and contribute your own ideas for improvement.
• Within the framework of the emergency organization, you take on a central role and act responsibly in special situations such as accidents, natural events, or security incidents – quickly, prudently, and solution-oriented.
