Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for a motivated, committed and responsible TEAM LEADER MAINTENANCE 80-100% in our ski manufacture in Malters LU What awaits you: You ensure a reliable and safe operation of all production facilities and machines in our ski manufacture You lead a team of four employees technically and personally You organize and coordinate the daily operational business including resource and deployment planning You plan and coordinate maintenance and repair work internally as well as with external partners You further develop preventive maintenance using our maintenance software SAMA You are responsible for the procurement of spare parts You participate in investment and infrastructure planning and keep an eye on the costs for your area You take over the training of our apprentice production mechanics What you bring with you: You have completed basic technical training as a polymechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, automation technician or in a comparable profession, supplemented by further training in the field of maintenance You bring several years of experience in the maintenance of technical systems as well as sound knowledge of preventive maintenance You have initial leadership experience or are motivated to take responsibility for a team You have a sound technical understanding and are solution- and service-oriented You have good MS Office skills and experience with maintenance software such as SAMA or a comparable solution You work in a structured, reliable and independent manner You convince through good communication skills and a strong team spirit You bring very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are a plus Good to know: You work without shift operation jpid303a7ddjm jit0729jm jiy26jm
