Project Manager Sanitary (m/f/d) 80 - 100% - Independent management and coordination of sanitary projects from small renovations to demanding large-scale projects - Responsibility for successful project execution from planning to handover - Organization and control of deadlines, costs and quality specifications - Preparation of offers and technical solution proposals - Participation in the planning and execution process of modern building technology solutions - Coordination of customers, planners, suppliers and other project participants - Support with material and supplier procurement - Technical and commercial support of the projects throughout all project phases - Ensuring professional, economical and customer-oriented project execution You work on varied projects in residential construction, commercial, public buildings as well as on demanding building technology projects of different magnitudes.
