For an established, owner-managed landscaping company in the Sursee region, we are looking for a reliable gardener EFZ. The company plans, designs, and maintains private and commercial outdoor spaces with a focus on sustainable, nature-oriented, and long-lasting solutions. The range of services includes garden planning and advice, new installations and redesigns, natural stone work (paths, squares, stairs, walls), visual and wind protection, as well as ongoing garden maintenance including pruning, lawn, flower beds, pond, and tree care.

Your tasks:

• Execution of garden and landscaping work in new installation and maintenance
• Planting work, pruning work, lawn and surface care
• Collaboration in natural stone work, paths, squares, stairs, and walls
• Professional handling of machines, devices, and tools
• Clean, timely work in a team at changing deployment locations in the region
• Proactive thinking during the practical implementation of design concepts on site

Your profile:

• Completed training as a gardener EFZ (ideally garden and landscaping)
• Team-oriented, cheerful, and flexible personality
• Enjoyment of physical work outdoors in every season
• Driving license category B
• Reliable, independent, and customer-oriented way of working
• German language skills for daily coordination within the team
