Clerk with technical affinity

An established technology provider in the field of construction and conveyor technology is looking for reinforcement for its familiar team in the Bern region. In this versatile hub function, you will form the interface between customers and suppliers and ensure first-class technical support. The place of work is the Bern region.

Junior Specialist Technical Parts & Support (80–100%) or clerk with technical finesse

Main tasks:

• Technical advice and support for customers
• Active communication between customers and suppliers
• Processing of spare part orders and commercial processes
• Ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Technical basic training with a commercial flair or commercial training with technical affinity
• Good language skills in German and French at B2 level (oral/written)
• Resilience, strong communication skills and high service orientation
• Structured, independent and exact way of working
• Further training (e.g., Technical Clerk) or industry experience (construction machinery/forklifts) is an advantage
