In order to complete our teams, the CMS of the Fondation Soins Lausanne are looking for immediately or to be agreed upon a:

Night Assistant in community nursing and healthcare

Your mission

• Provide delegated medico-technical care and basic care in close collaboration with the nurse for quality management of clients
• Actively contribute to the home maintenance of clients through prevention and health promotion measures while taking individual needs into account with personalized management and by promoting client autonomy
• Participate in the development of the clients' therapeutic project within the interdisciplinary team by collecting and transmitting your observations and proposals
• Participate in development projects and working groups around the continuous improvement of services in the field of home help and care
• Actively collaborate in the activities of interdisciplinary teams with a specific role allowing you to value your profession as an ASSC as a full stakeholder in the healthcare system

Your profile and skills

• CFC as ASSC or title deemed equivalent (foreign diploma recognized by the CRS)
• Experience in the medico-social field and a marked interest in community health
• Ability to collaborate in a network and multidisciplinary manner
• Sense of responsibility and professional ethics
