You will develop our product portfolio as an interface between market customer needs and technical development - with a clear focus on genuine added value for the people who use our products.

What you can accomplish ##

• Maintain and develop our product range
• Product introduction / withdrawal phases and support throughout the product life cycle
• Commercial project management during product developments
• Bring market and customer requirements into product development
• Acquire and develop expertise through regular presence in the operating room, at specialized congresses and trade fairs
• Conduct trials in the operating room for the development or improvement of products
• Usability, validation and verification of new or improved products
• Develop and create training concepts
• Establish profitability calculations and sales plans for the relevant product groups
• Ensure the required product documentation

What characterizes you ##

• You have successfully completed basic technical training or a technical degree, supplemented by management training or an equivalent qualification.
• You have already acquired valuable experience in product management
• You enjoy working in a team and approach tasks with a solution-oriented "can-do" attitude
• You convince with your keen sense of the customer, your strong communication skills and your talent for organization
• Ideally, you already have experience in project management
• You perfectly master German and English, both spoken and written
• You are ready to travel approximately 20 % of your working time
• You feel enthusiasm for medical devices and look forward to exchanges with users in the operating room
• And very importantly: you are curious, courageous and wish to progress every day with the team
