• Creation of schedules and construction programs, construction tenders and contracts
• Ordering and monitoring of hourly works
• Quality and safety control of construction execution
• Leading and minuting of construction meetings
• Participation in internal project team meetings
• Cost control and monitoring

Profile ###

• Degree as Eidg. Dipl. Bauleiter Hochbau, Dipl. Techniker Hochbau HF or Architect FH/ETH
• Professional experience in construction management
• High level of initiative, confident appearance and communicative personality
• Enjoyment of challenges as well as an efficient and exact way of working
• Proficient German in spoken and written form
• Organizational strength, goal orientation and reliability
