Software & System Engineer Railway Signaling Technology

You develop and implement software solutions for signaling technology in the railway sector and support the associated testing.

Tasks

• Development and implementation of software solutions for railway signaling technology applications
• Planning, execution and documentation of software tests in simulation, laboratory and vehicle
• Collaboration with engineers and teams to implement technical requirements
• Troubleshooting and optimization of existing software solutions

Profile

• Completed MSc degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, computer science or similar
• Basic knowledge of software programming, ideally PLC, Python, C#/C++ desirable
• Familiarity with versioning tools such as SVN and Git
• Interest in railway technology and signaling technology
• Teamwork skills, initiative and good communication skills
• Good German and English skills
• Willingness to travel up to 10 %
