• You will strengthen a well-coordinated and motivated team.
• You assemble, repair, and maintain infrastructure objects outdoors, in cities, in parks, at the airport, at railway stations, and many other locations in public space, predominantly throughout Switzerland.
• You are directly involved when public spaces are being shaped – from bus stops to parks to urban mobility solutions.
• Through your work, you ensure that cities and places remain livable, safe, and functional.
• You will find diverse and meaningful tasks that contribute directly to conserving resources and creating sustainable infrastructure.
• You organize and coordinate assembly, repair, maintenance, and servicing work on-site, take responsibility for time management and quality, and lead a small team of fitters.
• You coordinate directly with customers, construction management, and other involved trades – including our key account customers.
• You participate in work preparation, solve problems on the construction site pragmatically, sustainably, and independently, and help to continuously improve processes.
• You represent the BURRI brand through your quality of work and your exemplary behavior towards customers and teammates.
• You receive a long-term perspective at BURRI.

Do you bring this with you? Then we fit well together:

• You have a manual-technical basic vocational training – ideally in metal construction or comparable – and bring several years of practical experience in service and/or assembly. Manual dexterity and technical understanding are a matter of course for you.
• You work very independently and reliably, while also enjoying working in a team, communicate openly and clearly, and present yourself confidently and customer-orientedly to customers.
• You possess professional pride, where meeting deadlines, a tidy construction site, good manners, and customer satisfaction are a matter of course.
• You have good German language skills.
• You have a driving license category B (category BE and an aerial platform license are an advantage)
