BAR ROUGE IS LOOKING FOR AN INTERN (SOCIAL MEDIA) 50-100%

We are offering an internship position in the field of Social Media & Party Management by agreement. About us: Bar Rouge is a First Class Bar with a lounge on the 30th and 31st floors of the Messeturm. The lounge offers space for events with up to 350 people. While in the evening the Sky Bar attracts with delicious cocktails and tasty snacks, the location transforms on the weekend from 22:00 into one of the trendiest clubs in Switzerland, where more than 800 people celebrate per evening. Who we are looking for: To support our team, we are looking for a motivated, lively personality who will support us in the admin team for at least 6 months and takes on a central role in reservation management on the weekend. Your tasks: In addition to simple administrative tasks to support the communications team, this position is strongly focused on social media. • You regularly provide our social media channels with target-group-oriented content, which you produce creatively and independently • Ideally, you have basic knowledge of video editing to edit Instagram Stories and Reels • You manage the comment section, i.e., answering comments humorously and factually or – if appropriate – deleting them • On the weekend, you are responsible for reservation management and act as a host on-site (contact person for guests, coordinated care, professional reception and smooth operation within the framework of reservations) Requirements: Above all, a confident and sympathetic appearance, good manners, and enjoyment of dealing with people – partly also with guests from all over the world – are important. Therefore, stylish German and good English skills are required. French is an advantage. You should also be organized, reliable, a team player, communicative, and proactive, and bring MS Office and video cutting skills. Your working hours: Since social media knows no "regular office opening hours" and you are responsible for individual party labels, certain presence times also lie in the evening and night hours. Especially on the weekend, your presence is intended within the framework of reservation management and the host role.
