Recruiting Specialist – Applicant Management & Systems

Do you maintain an overview even with many applications, enjoy working precisely and in a structured manner, and have a flair for digital tools? With us, you will ensure the smooth administrative processing of job advertisements and applications, look after our applicant management system Umantis, and implement the release change to the new version. Then you are exactly right for us!

What awaits you

• Administrative processing of job advertisements: record, check and publish job advertisements on various job platforms
• Administration of applicant management and communication with applicants
• Implementation of the release change to the new Umantis version -- from configuration and tests to go-live
• System responsibility for Umantis in recruiting: ensuring that the tool is continuously up to date, as well as support and training for users
• Collaboration in the establishment and further development of recruiting processes

What you bring with you

• Experience in recruiting or applicant management, preferably in a larger organization
• Sound knowledge of applicant management systems (ideally Umantis) and experience with system implementations or releases
• High IT affinity and pleasure in simplifying processes
• Service orientation and the ability to communicate technical topics understandably
• Enjoyment of administrative tasks, a careful and reliable way of working as well as discretion in handling sensitive data
• Structured, independent way of working and desire to grow with the function
