Your environment

You will work in the semi-open general psychiatric emergency station Albula in the Klinik Waldhaus in Chur, specializing in crisis intervention and psychotic illnesses. You can expect a collegial, interprofessional team that actively promotes professional exchange, cooperation, and further education.

Your tasks

• In a two-person team, you will take over the comprehensive nursing treatment and care of our patients in the inpatient area
• You will shape the care and treatment at night, according to developments and trends in psychiatry
• You will carry out therapeutic interventions and provide individual sustainable nursing quality
• You will ensure open and constructive communication - in exchange with the day and night shifts as well as the physician on duty

Our requirement profile

• You are a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF or have an equivalent training, ideally with experience in psychiatric nursing and care
• It is just as important to you as it is to us to treat our patients not only medically and nursingly in the best possible way but also to care for them individually and personally
• You possess high social and self-competence as well as enjoyment of independent work
• You bring a high degree of responsibility, resilience, and flexibility
