To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced, independent, and technically proficient personality.

Your tasks

• Setting up and retooling the injection moulding machines
• Monitoring and optimizing production processes
• Sustainable troubleshooting and repairs on machines and systems
• Implementation of the specifications and guidelines of the quality standard (ISO 9001)
• Ensuring deadline compliance
• Holiday replacement (taking over the late shift)
• Readiness for sporadic late shifts and weekend assignments

Your qualifications

• Completed basic technical training as a plastic technician, polymechanic, automotive mechatronics technician, or at least 3 years of experience as a setter
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Several years of experience in the field of injection moulding is an advantage
• Independent, clean, and efficient way of working
• Team player, resilient, and flexible
• Quality and safety awareness
