We are looking for an operations agent-concierge for the Ecole de culture générale (ECGF) in Fribourg and upon request for various buildings in the canton of Fribourg. Your missions You are the technical referent for contractors engaged in building maintenance and the users You carry out technical surveillance tours and ensure the management of CVCS installations You are able to carry out repair work on technical installations and in buildings You ensure the security of the building (escape routes, fire detection, etc.) You organize, plan and supervise the cleaning work of the building with the cleaning staff as well as external contractors You understand and are able to intervene on closure plans as well as in access management You manage the disposal and recovery of waste You ensure the routine maintenance of the premises and surroundings of the buildings (snow removal, green spaces) You occasionally and upon request perform specific work during the night, Saturday, Sunday or public holidays Profile desired CFC of operations agent, or training and experience deemed equivalent as well as good knowledge in building technology Good knowledge of usual IT tools (MS Office) and ease with BMS (building management system) programs Aptitude to work independently Proactive, customer-oriented and comfortable in interpersonal relations Mastery of the French or German language with good knowledge of the other language Contact details of contact persons Jean-Yves Jacquaz, Sector Head \Write an email\ (< >), T \+ jpid362946ejm jpit0729jm jpiy26jm
