Dispatcher 80-100% (m/f/d)

For our customer service, we are looking for an organizationally strong and resilient Dispatcher 80-100% (m/f/d).

Your tasks

• Regional responsibility for the optimal deployment planning of our customer service technicians
• Planning and monitoring of maintenance, fault, and assembly orders
• Telephone reception and recording of fault reports
• Processing and verification of work reports

Your profile

• Commercial basic training with technical affinity or technical basic training ideally with further training in the commercial field
• Experience in the dispatching of a customer service organization
• Good French and Italian skills are an advantage
• Experience with SAP R3 or mLogistics Field Service Management
• Communicative as well as customer-oriented personality
• Technical understanding, flexibility, and coordination skills are among your strengths
