For this established and renowned general practice in the USTER area and due to a long-term planned structural adjustment, I am commissioned to search for a versatile, socially competent, and experienced personality.

Senior MEDICAL PRACTICE ASSISTANT 80 – 100 % (m/f)

Your tasks: * Conceptual and operational management of the small practice team in technical and organizational terms (incl. apprentice supervision)

• Responsibility for consultation and emergency management as well as coordination of all administrative processes
• Active participation in clinical daily routine (blood collection, injections, ECG, lung checks, blood pressure, digital X-ray as well as general laboratory work)
• Control and management regarding the tariff system (billing according to TARDOC, outpatient flat rates) as well as quality management (hygiene, MPG etc.)
• Interactive collaboration in various projects in the practice and close exchange with the practice management, participation in training and further education offers

Your profile:

• Sound training in the medical environment (e.g., MPA EFZ or comparable courses) with possible technical and/or business administration further training
• Many years of practical experience and sound medical know-how as a Medical Practice Assistant and ideally with initial leadership experience or the desire and potential for it
• Proven medical activity in a versatile, challenging, and socially competent environment with flat hierarchies and self-initiative characteristics
• Confident handling regarding the practice software (Aeskulap, Microsoft) as well as the current tariff system TARDOC, general marketing knowledge desirable
• Experienced, professional, outgoing, high-value, and socially competent personality, place of residence in the greater Zurich-Oberland region (no home office possible)
