Your tasks

• Maintenance and development of continuous customer contact and first point of contact for technical and specialist questions
• Ensuring day-to-day operational processes in the area of technical and infrastructural building management in properties
• Carrying out maintenance and servicing work inside and outside the buildings
• Assignment, management, and supervision of orders to internal and external service providers and suppliers while complying with costs, deadlines, and quality standards
• Execution of maintenance and minor repairs as well as their seamless documentation
• Readiness for on-call duties (initial intervention)
• Direct contact with customers, subtenants, and other contact persons on site
• First point of contact for all concerns related to technical building management

Your profile

• Completed training as Specialist in Facility Management EFZ or technical or manual vocational training
• Several years of professional experience as a technical facility manager
• Sound basic technical knowledge in HVACS (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electricity)
• Strong customer focus and service orientation
• Readiness for flexible working hours
• Very good German skills as well as good user skills in MS-Office
• Driver's license category B
